I’m so happy you made it here. Let me extend a warm welcome and introduce myself. I am Christina Lucarini. I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach. I help women with thyroid issues achieve better health by improving nutrition and making lifestyle changes so they can have more energy, joy, and vitality.
Some areas of nursing I have worked in would include geriatrics, pediatrics, movie set nurse, veterans care, private duty patients, wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It is my honor to be able to help people in their healing journeys.
I have always had a love for nutrition and cooking. My book stacks have always included and continue to include the latest cooking, nutrition and wellness books. For the past decade I have taken myself on health retreats once per year to gather the latest information and build on my knowledge for health and wellness. Then, one beautiful day, I was introduced to Institute for Integrative Nutrition by a friend. When I researched their curriculum, I knew, wholeheartedly, that I had to enroll in the program. Their course content and lectures were in direct alignment with my thoughts and beliefs on wellness. I truly was “home”. I love to help people reach their health goals by supporting and empowering them to make small changes for vibrant health for a lifetime.
After the birth of my daughter I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I have always followed directions from my doctor, but never felt well. That is when I took my health to the next level by going to functional medicine practitioners and researching healing protocols for thyroid disease. I have combined my years of experience as a nurse, first-hand experience with negative symptoms of thyroid disease, and the skills of integrative health coaching to help you in your journey to reduce symptoms and feel great once again.
When I’m not working, you can find me at home in the mountains. I am blessed to share my life’s journey with John, my husband, Gina, my daughter, Jazzy and Dexter, my two cats, and last, but certainly not least, Lola our high-energy german shepard dog.
Let me be your guide to a life of healthy habits for feeling great.
Much love,
-Christina
